Lyn’s Heat & Eat

Making meals using local produce then freeze them in bags or tin foil containers ready for baking or boiling in the bag.

There are sides to go with each dish.

I cook different food from all over the world and the traditional British comfort foods, as well as my famous (well those who know me) Pasties and pies.

My Soups are made from scratch using fresh vegetables and my own homemade stock.

To finish off your meal I make delicious puddings, just add custard or cream!
